The HR- and management consulting, dr. strunk & partner was founded in 2006 by Dr. Michael Strunk and Gerald Putz in Marienheide, Germany. Our consultant, Eric Lien, has been providing direct business contacts to the United States since 2007 and is now based in Tampa, Florida. Since 2017, our consultant Uwe Sieblist  has been supporting clients from our Leipzig office and since 2020 Stefan Höfele from Regensburg.

We offer expert advice and support to our clients in their efforts to fill both executive and technical specialist roles within their firms. Executive Search is our core business. Additionally, we offer our expertise in the areas of outsourcing, assessment, coaching and in the development of demand-oriented training measures. Lastly, we offer support in the development and implementation of succession plans.

With decades of proven industry experience, international presence, market knowledge and experience in personnel consulting, we support our clients’ corporate strategies in the selection of executives and technical specialists.

As a responsible executive search firm, we always respect the interests of both our clients and our candidates. Upon request, we would be happy to provide references from the most important clients.
