Our philosophy

Maintaining a long-term and lasting partnership with our clients is very important to us. As a relatively small “consulting boutique”, we can afford to serve only two to three clients in respective industry branches. This reduces the number of “off-limits” companies and allows us to approach employees in almost all other market areas.

Of course, confidentiality and discretion are crucial features of our consulting philosophy of personnel service. We commit ourselves to both clients and candidates. Information is only passed on with the express consent of the party concerned.
