Our consultants / advisors come from senior leadership positions within industry, have gained extensive experience in HR and specialized in different fields of industry. Also in the management consultancy we offer – in connection with the search for executives – additional services for management and the HR managers of companies.
As a personnel consultancy we are not only active in Germany and Europe, but also have worldwide relationships with our partners in consulting, to international clients and to candidates. Due to our membership in the Association of German Business Consultants e.V. (BDU), we place the highest demands on the quality and efficiency of our own work, which guarantees the reliability, accuracy andspeed of our services.
The personnel and management consulting dr. strunk & partner was founded in 2006 by Dr. Michael Strunk and Gerald Putz in Marienheide. Since 2017 we are also present in Leipzig, since 2018 in Tampa, Florida and since 2020 in Regensburg, Bavaria.
Maintaining a long-term and lasting partnership with our clients is very important to us. As a relatively small “consulting boutique”, we can afford to serve only two to three clients in respective industry branches.
Reputation and respect are other important attributes for us, because only if you are credible as a consultant, you can talk openly with candidates about their career and possible options.
