As independent consultants, we are not under budget pressure. This may also mean that we occasionally advise against an application, although otherwise everything “fits”. We concentrate on our clients in each market segment and advise them as comprehensively as possible. This business model allows us to access an almost unrestricted search field, i.e. without the often-usual larger number of “off-limits” companies.
Already at the very first contact we establish a tone of professionalism and seriousness. We therefore refrain from using part-time workers, temporary workers or interns for the important first contact, and work together with professional researchers.
We have aligned all procedures and processes to find the best possible candidates within the agreed timeframe (usually four to six weeks).
Absolute discretion towards clients and candidates as well as the confidential treatment of information are our most important principles. Potential conflicts of interest, which could arise while working with different clients in the same market segment, are jointly clarified before the project commences.
We have many years of professional experience, mostly in human resources, and we know our industries well. This is the only way to gain access to outstanding candidates and only then is it possible to understand the specificities of an industry.
We are reliable: Almost 90% of all projects are successfully completed by us. The usual occupancy rate in the industry for executive search mandates is significantly lower.
