Our job is to identify, assess and select potential candidates. Interested candidates who meet our selection criteria will be invited to interviews with your company. Only those candidates who have the appropriate experience or qualifications as well as the required personality for the job will be presented. This ensures that you can select the most suitable candidate from amongst the group of proposed candidates.
We commit ourselves to maintain confidentiality about all business or operational matters that are shared with us during the project, even beyond the end of the consulting relationship. Additionally, we are obligated to observe and comply with the applicable statutory provisions on data protection and the General Equal Treatment Act of the European Union.
In order for us to provide the best possible service, we understand that while working on your project, that for a period of two to three months, you will grant us the exclusive responsibility for the project and refrain from entrusting other consultants and firms with the same responsibility. Decades of experience have demonstrated that multiple layers of consultants working concurrently on the same project tend to cause great confusion amongst prospects and degrades both the position and employer in the eyes of favoured candidates.
Under normal circumstances, the successful completion of candidate search and screening processes usually will takes one to two months. Our team of experts commits to providing suitable candidate profiles in a timely manner depending upon the complexity of the project.
We will gladly review the specific parameters of your project and provide a written offer. In the case of new clients, depending upon the requirements, if desired, a fixed fee may be available. We are happy to meet in person to discuss specific needs of your projects.
Cancellation of the contract
If our team fails to provide suitable candidates within the agreed timeframe, clients are free to withdraw from the contract and associated fees.
